By Air

Accommodation

Delegates may choose hotels near Jayadev Vihar, Khandagiri, Nayapalli, Patia, or the airport corridor depending on budget and travel preference. Limited university guest house accommodation may be available on request and subject to approval.

Participants are requested to arrange accommodation directly. The conference secretariat may share hotel suggestions and local guidance but bookings remain the participant's responsibility.
