Submission & Registration | V-CIM 2027

Authors are invited to submit original research papers in VLSI, Communication, Intelligent Machines, and related areas. All submissions are peer-reviewed in a double-blind process. At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present for possible inclusion in IEEE Xplore.

Submission Guidelines

  • Full paper: 4-6 pages in IEEE double-column conference format
  • Short paper: Up to 3 pages (poster/presentation only)
  • Double-blind review: Remove author names and affiliations
  • Plagiarism limit: 15% maximum similarity (iThenticate)
  • Language: English only

At least one author must register and present (in-person or virtual) for possible inclusion in IEEE Xplore.

Review Process & Publication Ethics

All papers undergo similarity check followed by double-blind peer review by at least two reviewers. The conference follows COPE guidelines. By submitting, authors confirm originality and that the work is not under review elsewhere.

All prices are exclusive of 18% GST as shown. Final invoice includes applicable taxes.

Extra Page Charges

Papers exceeding 6 pages (maximum allowed: 8 pages) will incur extra charges:

  • Rs. 500 per extra page (for Indian authors)
  • Maximum two additional pages are allowed.

Group Registration Benefits

For group registrations (3 or more delegates from the same institute): 10% discount on total registration fees. Please contact the conference secretariat.

Important Notes & Policies

  • Mandatory Registration: At least one author per accepted paper must register under the "Regular Author" category and present for possible inclusion in IEEE Xplore.
  • One registration covers only one paper (maximum 6 pages). Additional papers require separate co-author registration.
  • Registration includes access to sessions, conference kit (for in-person attendees), e-certificate, lunch and refreshments.
  • Cancellation Policy: No refunds for cancellation after registration completion. Before 31 December 2026, a 50% refund is available after processing deductions.
  • Accommodation: Participants need to arrange their own stay. Limited on-campus guest house rooms may be available on request.
  • All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR). 18% GST is additional as per government norms.
