Welcome to V-CIM 2027, Bhubaneswar

The organizing committee cordially invites researchers, academicians, and industry professionals to the IEEE National Conference on VLSI, Communication & Intelligent Machine (V-CIM 2027). The IEEE conference will be held from 7th to 9th January 2027 at Odisha University of Technology and Research (OUTR), Bhubaneswar, Odisha in Hybrid mode, enabling both in-person and virtual participation.

V-CIM 2027 aims to foster collaboration among leading experts in semiconductors, 5G/6G communications, intelligent computing, and machine learning systems. Accepted and presented papers will be submitted for possible inclusion in IEEE Xplore, subject to IEEE scope and quality requirements.

About Odisha University of Technology and Research (OUTR)

Odisha University of Technology and Research is a prestigious state university dedicated to excellence in engineering, technology, and interdisciplinary research. Established by the Government of Odisha through the Odisha University of Technology and Research Act, 2021 (Odisha Act 17 of 2021), the university was formed by upgrading the College of Engineering and Technology (CET), Bhubaneswar. About School of Electronic Sciences

The School of Electronic Sciences originated from the Department of Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering, founded in 1992. Over time, it has transformed into a vibrant center for academics and research in electronics, instrumentation, communication, and intelligent systems. The School boasts around ten well-equipped laboratories, featuring modern instruments, advanced hardware platforms, and software tools that facilitate teaching, experimentation, and research in various electronics and instrumentation fields.

A team of highly qualified faculty members, with expertise in areas such as process control and instrumentation, communication engineering, digital system design, automation, biomedical instrumentation, artificial intelligence, microelectronics, and electronic communication systems, supports the School. It actively encourages academic and professional development through expert lectures, industry interactions, alumni engagement, and specialized training programs to stay abreast of emerging technological trends.

Its alumni have forged successful careers in academia, industry, research, and entrepreneurship both in India and internationally. The School also maintains a well-stocked departmental library with over 3,000 books to meet the academic and research needs of students and faculty.
